Welcome to Cougar Country.

Superior Central School is a K-12 public school district located in Eben Junction, Michigan. We are proud of our faculty, staff, and 383 students, and that is reflected in our annual student performance indicators.

Although we are a small rural school, we direct our students toward global thinking. We are the first school in the Upper Peninsula to gain "Green School" status, and we constantly reinforce those ideas with our students. We provide direct classroom instruction, access to online distance learning, and established student internships with our surrounding business communities, all of which is designed to provide our students with the best opportunities possible toward pursuing their future.

2010 Budget and Salary / Compensation Transparency Reporting

Section 18 (2) of the Public Act 94 of 1979, The State School Aid Act, has been amended, which requires each school district and intermediate school district to post certain information on its website within 30 days after a board adopts it annual operating budget or any subsequent revision to that budget. The Annual Budget & Transparency Reporting is an opportunity to communicate with our community on how we utilize the resources that are provided to us.
